Remember Life Before "Social Distancing"?
Maybe it wasn't quite this grand, but it's still sad sometimes to look back at just a few weeks ago and see how much our current life situation has changed.

What we must remember, is that "this too shall pass".

Though it may seem counterintuitive, focusing on some good memories from the past or even the not-so-distant past, and allowing ourselves to look forward to fun times and joy, again, brings hope and positivity, while we wait out this current situation.

So get out those old photos, recall warm and wonderful times you have experienced, and begin to write down some beautiful new experiences, plans and get togethers to look forward to once we are cleared to do so #goals

Hallmark Christmas Movie Marathon This Weekend!
Happy To Do List
Tune into the Hallmark Channel this weekend for a little trip back to the Christmas holiday and Hallmark's Christmas movies for a nice, relaxing, put your feet up and light a fire, time to reflect and escape :)
Maybe you're like me and you feel like "why bother, nobody is going to see me?"

I felt the same being home so much, but I think it's important for us ladies to continue to take care of ourselves...because our families see us, and most importantly, we see ourselves every time we pass a mirror.

Plus, taking the time to touch up your hair, do your nails, give yourself a facial, all just make us feel better, and good self care ups our mood and lowers our stress level and that, in turn, is helpful to our immune systems.
Things to Read, Do, Watch and Focus on, instead :)

Get Creative With Your Hair
With so many of us being urged to stay home and keep our distance from others, unfortunately for us and our hair stylists, we are not going out and getting our hair trimmed, even if we need it, until some of this has lifted.

So in the meantime, why not get creative and try some creative up-do's, pretty head bands or try styling your hair a different way to get through this period.

It will help you look and feel better, and you may end up creating a few new looks to add to your repertoire.
